Baja Horse Experiences is a horse rescue, horse and rider training and recreational facility and an Apprenticeship Program that focuses on underprivileged Youths and those who are struggling with psychological issues such as PTSD.

Our primary mission is to save equines from neglect, misuse, slaughter, and hunger as well as blending trust and confidence between the Apprentices and the horses to meet and build on the emotional needs of both.

We provide our horses with any care and training they may need to live happy, comfortable lives and together with our professional team of trainers, caretakers, volunteers and medical personnel, rehabilitate them as to the needs and abililities of each animal. This training is critical to enable Baja Horse Experiences, LLC to provide the services to our Youth Programs that we are dedicated to.

We also provide riding lessons, clinics, trail rides and events for the public and education as to the proper care and techniques necessary for the safety of the horses and riders. All these services are shared with those who are enrolled in our Youth Programs.

Occasionally, we will entertain adopting out our horses, but only after we are certain that the animal will be cared for and treated with the same loving care and respect, we would give.

Our horses are provided with covered shelter and herd time after training sessions. They are fed quality hay and grain as well as nutritional supplements as needed.

All proceeds from rides, training, public event, clinics, and donations go directly to the care of the animals. Without the horses we cannot provide the Youth Programs.
